How does AI Animal Feed pricing work?
AI Animal Feed uses credits for eligible AI tools. Basic is free with 10 signup credits; Starter is $19 per month for 100 credits; Professional is $49 per month for 400 credits; Business is $199 per month for 2,500 credits; and Enterprise starts at $499 per month with a custom credit allowance.
Farm Manager and the Veterinary System are purchased separately. One-time credit top-ups are also available.
Can I try the AI tools without a paid subscription?
Yes. A new verified account receives 10 Basic signup credits with no monthly charge.
Which paid AI credit plans are available?

Can I buy extra credits without changing my subscription?
Yes. One-time top-ups provide 50 credits for $12, 150 for $30, 500 for $75, or 1,500 for $150. Purchased credits do not expire.
How are credits used, and do subscription credits carry over?
Each AI feature has a centrally configured credit cost. Subscription credits are valid for their paid billing period and do not carry over; purchased top-up credits do not expire and have no cash value.
Can I use my Feed Formulation plan for different animals?
Yes. Eligible AI tools and supported animal types are displayed before use; important nutrition decisions should still be reviewed by a qualified professional.
Farm Manager & Veterinary System
What is Farm Manager?
Farm Manager is a digital system for organizing animal and livestock records, production, breeding, feed inventory, medicine and supplies, expenses, revenue, staff, tasks, farm health, and performance information in one place.
What are the Farm Manager prices?
Farm Manager costs $10 per month or $29 for three months. It includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the selected subscription may begin according to the price and billing terms shown at signup.
What is the Veterinary System?
The Veterinary System helps veterinary professionals and animal-care businesses manage patient profiles, medical histories, appointments, treatments, prescriptions, laboratory and pharmacy records, billing, staff, and clinical records.
What are the Veterinary System subscription options?
The Veterinary System costs $10 per month or $29 for three months. It includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the selected subscription may begin according to the applicable billing terms.
Free Trials
Which AI Animal Feed features have a free trial?
Farm Manager and the Veterinary System each include a separate 7-day free trial. AI tools instead include 10 credits with a verified Basic account.
Do AI credit plans include a free trial?
The Basic plan provides 10 signup credits at no cost; the paid AI plans do not have a separate time-based trial.
Subscriptions & Billing
Are all AI Animal Feed services subscriptions?
No. AI credit plans, Farm Manager, and the Veterinary System are separate subscriptions, while credit top-ups are one-time purchases.
Will a credit top-up automatically renew?
No. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
A recurring subscription may automatically renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout. Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent future recurring charges.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel an eligible subscription through the Billing or Subscription section of your account. Future renewals will stop, and you will generally retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. See our

Refunds
Can I get a refund for used credits?
Consumed credits are generally non-refundable because the digital service is delivered immediately. We may review technical failures, duplicate or unauthorized payments, undelivered services, and other circumstances covered by our

How long do approved refunds take?
Once approved and initiated, a refund may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement. Timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
