We are committed to providing valuable AI-powered nutrition tools. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding payments for our services.

1. Refund Eligibility for 3-Month Plans (Individual & Clinical)

This section applies to our three-month Farm Manager and Veterinary System plans. We strive for transparency in our billing. Our refund structure for these plans is as follows:

Within 7 days of purchase: 80% refund with no questions asked.

Between 8-14 days of purchase: 20% refund available only if you are experiencing a significant technical problem that our team is unable to resolve, preventing you from using the core formulation tool.

After 14 days: No refunds available.

2. Refund Policy for Consumed AI Credits

Due to the instant, digital nature of AI-generated results, consumed credits are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly covered by this policy.

Please ensure your animal and input details are correct before completing your purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the "Billing" tab in your account dashboard. You may also contact us for assistance.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • No further charges will occur after cancellation.
  • You will retain full access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods.

7-Day Management Trials

Farm Manager and Veterinary System trials can be stopped at any time during their separate seven-day trial periods; no payment details are required to start them.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the terms in Section 1, you must:

  • Email our support team at support@aianimalfeed.com
  • Use the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include the email address registered to your account and clear details of your purchase (e.g., plan name, date of purchase)

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

5. General Conditions & Non-Refundable Items

Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

  • One-time feed formulation results that have been successfully generated
  • Any fees for services already used during a billing cycle
  • Any add-on services or analyses purchased separately

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated our Terms of Use.
